This is a turn around of the old saying "I'll believe it when I see it".  Try it.  Start believing in what it is you want to manifest in your life and you will see it appear.  It is just one of the steps in manifestation.


Meditation


Many thousands of books and articles have been written about meditation, and that is no surprise, as every advanced culture throughout history has incorporated meditation into it's everyday existence - except this one.  It is laughed and joked about by those who have never even tried it, yet it is one of life's simplest, cheapest and most life changing experience.

I have meditated on and off for 20 years, but have only practised regularly,  5 - 6 times a week - for the last seven years.  At first, I didn't really notice any change, but after a couple of months, I became aware that I was much calmer in my approach to 'problem' solving.  I found that my mind was clearer, I was sleeping better, and noticed a big change in my attitude to life in general.  I became more positive and refused to allow negative 'stuff' into my space.

I have produced a CD which introduces the beginner to meditation and enables the user to meet their angels/guides.
