Meditation
Many thousands of books and articles have been written about meditation, and that is no surprise, as every advanced culture throughout history has incorporated meditation into it's everyday existence - except this one. It is laughed and joked about by those who have never even tried it, yet it is one of life's simplest, cheapest and most life changing experience.
I have meditated on and off for 20 years, but have only practised regularly, 5 - 6 times a week - for the last
seven years. At first, I didn't really notice any change, but after a couple of months, I became aware that I was much calmer in my approach to 'problem' solving. I found that my mind was clearer, I was sleeping better, and noticed a big change in my attitude to life in general. I became more positive and refused to allow negative 'stuff' into my space.
I have produced a CD which introduces the beginner to meditation and enables the user to meet their angels/guides.
