Learn to really love and accept yourself - warts and all - common statement

Modern religions seem to condemn self love, but my question to them is this - "what did Jesus Christ mean when he said "love your neighbour as yourself".?"  Love yourself in a self-full way - not in a selfish way.  It feels and is different.

Whenever I'm asked what exactly I do for a living, I say that I am a Life Coach, Therapist and Inspirational Speaker. In fact, I would rather say that I help people make positive and lasting changes to their lives.

How do I do that?  I do this in a number of ways.

When invited, I speak to groups and individuals who are open to receive practical and inspiring information. This information is not always new- some of it has been spoken about for years.  My wish and intention is that my message may resonate with the listeners in a way that they will feel motivated to make positive changes to their lives.  This message applies to business management and staff, organisations, educational bodies, as well as individuals.

Another way I get my message through, is by wearing my 'Therapists' hat.  I use a range of tools to help those who are ready to move into the next phase of their lives.

These tools include:  Meridian TherapyHypnotherapy, and Life Coaching.

I consider it a privilege to be blessed with skills and knowledge to help people better their lives.

I am also a qualified teacher of Hypnotherapy and Meridian Therapy.  If you would like more information go to the Training  page.

In my work the keywords I use are 'Intention' and 'Rapport'.

As a Life Coach, Hypnotherapist and Meridian Therapist, I believe that the intention of the client is paramount to healing.  No one will  heal unless they intend to.  My intention is to help in every  way I can, not allowing my ego to get in the way. By healing I mean, clearing or changing the energy which the client is holding on to.

Rapport between myself and my client is the other vital element to successful healing.  If there is little or no rapport, then the task is made more difficult.  I always aim to relax the client using Irish charm and humour to develop a level of trust.
